As a person centred counsellor, my hope is to offer you a safe, empathetic and non judgemental space to explore your wants and needs with kindness and understanding. You are the expert of you and I would accompany you whilst you begin to understand yourself with more self compassion and self acceptance. We would explore what has brought you to therapy and help you make sense of what you are feeling with the intention of empowering you so you can move forwards from where you are now.
I offer both short term and open ended sessions and tailor the sessions to your needs. Sessions can be face to face, online or by telephone. Whichever feels most comfortable for you.
I offer a free 30 minute online or telephone consultation to help us decide if we make a good fit to help you at this point in your life. If I feel that you would benefit more from being with someone different, I will discuss this with you in the session.
